Shkodran Mustafi pulled down Harry Kane inside the box as match referee Anthony Taylor pointed to the spot, with the England striker successfully converting the penalty.
But replays show a few Spurs players in an offside position.

Don't get me wrong it's a clear foul by the stupid Shkodran Mustafi but the penalty should never have been given because offside should've been called first.
