Some even pointed out that his position in the air made him look like the iconic Bundesliga logo

The forward is in the form of his life at the moment.

He has scored in every Bundesliga and Champions League he has played in this season and his tally currently stands at 22 in all competitions.

His 21st and 22nd of the season came in this evening's tie against Dortmund which Bayern won 4-0.

Serge Gnabry added a second between Lewandowski's goals in either half.

A Mats Hummels own goal compounded the misery for Lucien Favre's side just under 20 minutes from time.

England starlet Jadon Sancho was substituted in the first half following a disastrous opening 35 minutes.

But the star of the show was clearly Lewandowski.

The former Dortmund man has broken Bundesliga history and become the first player to score in 11 consecutive games in the competition.

It can be argued that he is currently the best striker in world football and has almost carried Bayern on his own through most of this season.

He is clearly in the form of his life and as that touch demonstrates, he can do a lot more than just stick the ball in the back of the net.
