England's goalkeeper situation has been a hot topic of debate ahead of the World Cup in 21 days time.

Everton's Jordan Pickford, Stoke City's Jack Butland and Burnley's Nick Pope eventually got the nod, while the unfortunate Joe Hart will be watching from home after Gareth Southgate decided against taking the error prone keeper.

Hart has struggled to nail down the number one spot at West Ham in recent months, but do you think he should be on the plane?

It was certainly a controversial decision, but many believe the likes of Pickford and Butland will be solid between the sticks.

But a clip on social media has raised questions over one of the goalkeepers.

Jack Butland, who is the favourite to line-up for England's World Cup opener against Tunisia in Volgograd on Monday, 18 June, was filmed during a routine training drill earlier.

As you can see in the above clip, the Stoke City shot-stopper struggles throughout.

Butland clearly fumbles a number of times when the ball is fired towards him, so is he ready for a starting place in the England XI?

Gareth Southgate may have dropped the first hint as who might be England's number one at the World Cup in Russia this summer by picking Everton keeper Jordan Pickford for the friendly against Netherlands.

Who do you think should be the number one in Russia next month?
