Dani Alves helped Juventus put one foot in the Champions League final this evening after setting up two goals against Monaco - and everybody is wondering why exactly Barcelona let him leave.
The Serie A giants travelled to Monte Carlo as favourite to progress to the final in Cardiff later this month, and as we told you at the time, it took Gonzalo Higuain less than half an hour to open the scoring and deliver Juve a precious away goal.
However, the Argentine striker's deadly finish owed a debt to Alves's beautiful backheel in the build-up.
