David De Gea Wins His First Premier League Golden Glove Award

David De Gea kept his 18th clean sheet against West Ham United in the Premier League, meaning he wins the 2017/18 Golden Glove award.

The Spanish stopper has 18 clean sheets to his name with one league game remaining.

But he cannot be caught. Manchester City's Ederson has 16 clean sheets, while Spurs' Hugo Lloris and Chelsea's Thibaut Courtois are both on 15 clean sheets.

He claims his first Golden Glove award following a £18.9 million transfer from Atletico Madrid in 2011.

An impressive achievement considering the defensive players he's had in front of him this season.

Following the goalless draw at London Stadium on Thursday night, United have secured second place in the league ahead of entertaining Watford on Sunday.
