A gamer has gone viral after he found a genius way of playing FIFA while looking after his newborn baby girl.

Ryan, a 25-year-old from Pembrokeshire, was playing a standard game of Pro Clubs with a few mates when the inevitable happened; the baby started crying.

With girlfriend Jodie in the shower after looking after the newborn all day, he was determined to be a good father and look after his child.

But there was no chance he was leaving.

"It was either a case of calling Jodie back down, quit the game or let the baby cry. I wasn't going to do any of them," Ryan told SPORTbible.

"At the time, I was playing pro clubs with a few friends so while the game was loading, I made a bottle, positioned my foot on the controller and continued playing."

Ryan was defying the stereotype of men not being able to multitask. He even claims to have played for 20 minutes with his feet before girlfriend Jodie walked down the stairs to find no baby in the basket.

"I asked Ryan to just watch the baby while I went for a shower," she told us.

"She was fast asleep in her Moses basket but when I came down from my shower about half hour later, I thought she was still asleep - that's until I sat down and realised Ryan was feeding her and playing FIFA at the same time.

"At first I thought he was just just holding her and still playing with his hands, but I then noticed he was holding a bottle. I looked to the floor and seen his foot on top of his controller."

Jodie started recording and soon uploaded the clip to social media, where it picked up thousands of views.

So, after finding her boyfriend playing FIFA while looking after the newborn, does she have any bad feelings towards the game?

"I don't mind him playing FIFA or any of the games he plays to be honest," she says. "It gives me time to chill and do what I want to do without being annoyed by Ryan."

We love a story with a happy ending.
