Chelsea will be without midfielder Tiémoué Bakayoko for this week's Champions League showdown with Barcelona - and the club's supporters are actually celebrating the news.

The Blues looked to have pulled off a coup in the summer when they managed to sign Bakayoko from Monaco for a fee in the region of £40 million, but the Frenchman is yet to really live up to his big billing.

Manager Antonio Conte confirmed the midfielder was struggling for fitness over the weekend, and he missed Friday's 4-0 win over Hull City in the FA Cup.

Seems slightly harsh, eh?

Struggling to adapt to new surroundings can be quite common in big-money transfers, so should Chelsea fans perhaps give Bakayoko a bit more time before slaughtering him like this?
