Alfredo Morelos Receives Straight Red In Old Firm Derby After Lashing Out At Scott Brown

Steven Gerrard's Rangers face an uphill battle against Celtic after Alfredo Morelos received a straight red card in the first half.

The 22-year-old Colombian forward lashed out at Celtic captain Scott Brown and was sent marching down the tunnel for the challenge.

Morelos has now picked up his fifth red card of the season, so it is hardly unsurprising that his sending off hasn't shocked fans on social media.

Odsonne Édouard opened the scoring for Celtic and handed Neil Lennon's men a 1-0 lead at half-time.
