Mark Noble vs Paul Pogba, Wembley, 90,000 fans. Come on Eddie Hearn, it's the fight we all want to see. Well according to Noble it seems the feud might actually be over before it even begins.

West Ham vs Manchester United on Thursday night wasn't exactly a match of the season candidate but that was hardly surprising considering the sides had barely anything to play for with just two games left of the Premier League season.

Of course the other reason it was hardly surprising is that it's West Ham and Manchester United and neither are playing exhilarating football right now, their apparently 'traditional ways' no longer being adhered to.

So it left us with Noble and Pogba's coming together as the most exciting part of the night. Late in the game the Frenchman fouled the Englishman and Noble reacted angrily, putting his hands round Pogba's neck as Pogba just went for an angry hug.

There were plenty of fans calling for Noble to be given a suspension on social media last night but it seems that everything between the two players is fine:

After the match David Moyes spoke about the incident between United's most expensive player and the Hammers' captain, saying, "It was hardly worth talking about [the incident at the end]. The referee handled it well."

Whilst Jose Mourinho added, "I was watching the images and Paul and Noble looked in love. Hugs and kisses and changing shirts (at full-time). It was good. It was competitive."

But honestly, what does Noble think he's playing at? The size difference alones makes me think if they came to blows there's only one winner, and it's not exactly going to be him is it.

The point secured Manchester United's spot in second at the end of the season as they went four points clear of Spurs with just one game left on Sunday but the 19 point gap between them and Manchester City will be of bigger concern to Jose Mourinho.

For West Ham the point means they can still mathematically finish in 10th or 17th, which tells you everything about the bottom half of the table.

Sorry Eddie, it looks like you won't be making any money out of this fight.
