If we had VAR in all Premier League games then Liverpool vs Spurs might still be going on. The Liverpool fans are all concerned that the assistant referee wanted to give the second penalty after his supposed fist pump.

There was no doubt in Jurgen Klopp's eyes, neither of the penalties that Spurs won in the last five minutes of the frantic ending to today's Premier League game should have been given.

Liverpool led with 10 minutes to go but with one minute to go of normal time found themselves facing a penalty to go behind but did Harry Kane dive and should he have been offside?

No matter it was saved and Mo Salah soon put Liverpool back ahead with only a minute of injury time to go. Only that wasn't it and soon Virgil van Dijk was adjudged to have fouled Erik Lamela and the assistant referees flag made the ref point to the spot. This time Kane stepped up and scored.

Klopp was fuming and after the match Liverpool fans believed they'd spotted the assistant referee 'celebrating' the awarding of the foul!

The conspiracy theory is real, wake up sheeple. The refs are against your team!

It all seems a bit silly doesn't it.
