As anyone who plays Football Manager will know the end of the transfer window brings the Premier League squad registration and subsequently the Champions League squad registration. Clearly one bunch of Manchester United fans don't know the rules.
The start of the Champions League is just round the corner, once these pesky international matches are done with, and as everyone knows that brings football's most exciting moment, the theme song!
Today is the day when squads get announced and there's always a shock or two. Liverpool not including Nathaniel Clyne was definitely more surprising than them naming Philippe Coutinho whilst Diego Costa being left out by Chelsea was hardly a surprise either.

At Old Trafford the news that forgotten man James Wilson had been picked for the squad was definitely the most surprising headline however some United fans made fools of themselves by forgetting one major rule.
Marcus Rashford was 'left out' of the squad but that's because he's under 21 and is on United's B-list, that of course completely confused some fans:
Imagine thinking that Mourinho wasn't going to pick Rashford in his squad after starting the first two Premier League games of the season and coming off the bench to score in the third!
