Everyone Was Impressed With Michy Batshuayi's Borussia Dortmund Debut

Antonio Conte might have been the only person who wasn't so thrilled with the Belgian.

Michy Batshuayi seemed to be the unwanted man at Stamford Bridge and he will be as grateful as anyone for Arsenal's move for Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang. Last night he made his Borussia Dortmund debut with considerable impact.

Antonio Conte never seemed to trust Michy Batshuayi and was desperate to find another option as his second choice striker so the Beligan got the chance to head to Germany as part of the triple striker merry-go-round.

Do any of these gym fails live up to Conte's possible transfer fail?

Chelsea then lost their next game 3-0 without anyone able to play the out and out striker role with Conte admitting that Batshuayi would have started in the absence of Alvaro Morata.

Instead the 24 year old made his debut for Dortmund last night against bottom side Cologne and he had a marvellous time. In a 3-2 win the on loan striker scored twice and set up the winner for Andre Schurrle.

After the match Batshuayi told German Eurosport, "I am very happy with my two goals but of course the most important thing today is the win. It was the first game, it was not easy. I'm just happy about these three points. We want to climb as high as possible in the table and try to win every match."

Olivier Giroud better hit the ground running or Antonio Conte might be regretting his decision.
