Chelsea continued their pre-season tour of Asia by taking on Bayern Munich yesterday following the victory against Arsenal over the weekend. Though Antonio Conte's charges endured defeat which prompted a fan to aim a Tweet at N'Golo Kante.

After beating Arsenal 3-0, Chelsea met the German champions. Bayern raced to a three goal lead in the first half with Chelsea netting twice but unable to complete the comeback.

The game produced some magical moments. From Thomas Muller's screamer to Franck Ribery's naughty assist. Not to mention Bayern new boy Corentin Tolisso ruining the diminutive Frenchman. Watch below:

Tolisso skipped past Kante and Fabregas with a filthy turn. Kante, who starred for Chelsea as they won the Premier League title last season, was subject to criticism following the friendly defeat.

Including a Tweet which has since gone viral while dividing opinion amongst the Chelsea faithfuls and football fans.

"Unfollow me do whatever the fuck you want, Kante always gets destroyed when we play against a quality midfield," the message reads.

Needless to say, the message evoked a huge reaction. Many agreed with his harsh sentiment.

However, many also defended the 2016/17 Premier League Player of the Season.

The defending English champions have took full advantage of the transfer window by drafting in AS Monaco's Tiemoue Bakayoko. The powerful midfielder will provide the perfect foil for Kante and could forge a lethal central midfield pairing this season.

And while Kante had a bad game, it was only a pre-season friendly. Is the Tweet harsh? Sound off in the comment section below.
