Arsenal Humiliated By Crystal Palace

Arsenal Humiliated By Crystal Palace

Arsenal snapped a Premier League win drought over the weekend as they beat West Ham 3-0, but Arsene Wenger's charges endured more league misery at Crystal Palace, tonight.

Big Sam's side are amidst a relegation dog fight but are slowly clawing themselves out of danger following the last few results.

Palace inflicted Chelsea with a rare home defeat, and their bid to survive the drop was boosted after picking up all-three points against London rivals, Arsenal.

Boy-hood Spurs fan Andros Townsend opened the scoring before Yohan Cabaye doubled their lead with a tidy finish.

Townsend then won a penalty which was converted by Luka Milivojevic.

Following the victory, Palace now have some daylight between 18th placed-Swansea City, while Arsenal fail to overtake Manchester United, and lose ground on Manchester City in pursuit of Champions League.

Needless to say, social media had a field day.
