Arsenal Fans Bombard Rio Ferdinand's Throwback Tweet

Manchester United's team circa 2005 was absolutely fire so much so Rio Ferdinand had the urge to post a throwback Tweet. Though Arsenal fans have trolled him over the picture.

The defender posted a picture of him alongside Paul Scholes, Roy Keane, Cristiano Ronaldo, Wayne Rooney and Ryan Giggs during the FA Cup final in 2005.

The opposition on that day: Arsenal. After a goalless 90 minutes the game went to extra time before being decided on penalties.

Arsenal skipper Patrick Vieira netted the winning spot kick as the Gunners clinched the FA Cup while leaving United trophy-less, that season.

And the Arsenal faithfuls were quick to point that out after Ferdinand uploaded the picture.

Ferdinand took to social media by posting the picture accompanied with the words: "Talk to me about this line up...."

Needless to say, Arsenal fans bombarded his mentions. Here are some of the responses:
