Zlatan Ibrahimovic Names The Premier League Team He Was Warned About

Despite being set to make his first bow at the infamous Stoke City, Zlatan Ibrahimovic has revealed it's the fixtures against fierce rivals Liverpool he was warned about for being 'dirty'.

United travel to Stoke this weekend off the back of their draw against Liverpool. Jose's side implemented a direct plan heading into the dying stages of the match.

And with result.

The towering Swede headed home from a cross to cancel out James Milner's penalty.

While labeling the game as 'dirty' which prompted the direct approach.

"It was a 'dirty' game, in the way we had to play more direct, by jumping over the midfield because the pressure Liverpool put on us was hard." He said via Yahoo.

And even being warmed prior to kick-off about the nature of the game. "The guys told me every game we play against Liverpool looks like this."

He continues to add by calling both games against Liverpool as difficult. "The Liverpool game was different. It was difficult, and the first game against them at Anfield in October was the same."

But they could meet again with both teams vying for a place in the EFL Cup final.
