Zinedine Zidane Responds To Real Madrid's Transfer Ban

It's safe to say that Zinedine Zidane is not impressed with Real Madrid's recently imposed transfer ban which is set to prevent 'Los Blancos' from adding any new faces to their ranks until January 2018.

The Real Madrid manager has branded FIFA's decision as "absurd" in a furious rant, via Football Espana:

"I do not understand it, and it annoys me. It is absurd-the club want to change it quickly, and I hope it is changed. My kids were born here and have spent their whole lives here, so why should they not be able to play football? It's absurd."

Atletico Madrid have also been hit with the same ban which pertains to the breaching of rules over the transfer of foreign players under the age of 18. Zidane's four sons are reportedly among the players deemed to have been wrongly transferred.
