Chris Wilder angrily questioned Simon Moore during the drinks break as Sheffield United were hammered by Manchester United.

The Blades suffered a crushing 3-0 defeat at Old Trafford on Wednesday with second choice keeper Moore conceding in the opening minutes.

And Wilder wasn't too pleased with his effort in goal as Anthony Martial scored from close range in the seventh minute.

The Sheffield United manager pulled no punches when both teams went for the mandatory drinks break. He told Moore: "What the f**k are you doing?"

One social media user reacted to the video by saying: "Clip of the season this."

A second tweeted: "Simon Moore is no way good enough for prem. Lower champ, good div 1, need keepers sorting."

A third argued: "He wasn't really at fault for any of the goals to be fair. Had a decent game. In fact, I doubt Henderson would have done much better. But I agree, didn't think I'd see him in the Prem."

Sheffield United have picked up just one point from a possible nine since the Premier League restart.

And speaking after his side's defeat, Wilder admits it was one of the "toughest" nights of the season.

"It was one of the toughest, if not the toughest, nights of the season," he told talkSPORT.

"You have got to come here on a night like this, especially when you are not in the greatest of form, to give yourself a platform to build and get a foothold in the game.

"Obviously that didn't happen after two or three minutes going a goal down. Turning the ball over as cheaply as we did to world class players we are inviting pressure on and you are going to invite opportunities and they've got some unbelievable players.

"If you do that it's going to be a difficult evening for you. I thought we had a decent little period midway through the first half but that's all, a little period."

Sheffield United occupy eighth place with 44 points on the board as they switch their attention to the FA Cup.
