When Mike Tyson Said He 'Had Never Heard Of Manchester City' Next To Ricky Hatton

A classic clip of Mike Tyson claiming he didn't know who Manchester City were has been doing the rounds again ahead of tonight's Manchester derby at the Etihad.
The former world heavyweight champion sat down for an interview with Claire Balding alongside fellow boxer Ricky Hatton, a staunch City fan who came out to the club's 'Blue Moon' anthem during his career.
And during the chat Tyson revealed that despite spending a fair bit of time in Manchester, even fighting Julius Francis in the city back in 2000, he didn't know there were two teams.

The interview was from back in 2013 and Hatton took Iron Mike's comment about his beloved City pretty well - acknowledging that it was not only now the Blues had "come good".
It seems like Tyson jumped on the bandwagon a few years later, however, as he was pictured with a City shirt in 2015.
He's still got a fair bit to get to the Drake level though. The Canadian rapper has been pictured wearing the colours of both Manchester clubs as well as Chelsea, Liverpool and Arsenal.
