Harry Kane being forced to re-watch his 'dive' against Arsenal has resurfaced online following his controversial moment against Aston Villa.

Kane has been accused of diving after he won a penalty against Villa on Sunday.

He was brought down by Matty Cash and then successfully tucked the spot-kick away in his side's 2-0 win.

Fans are divided over Kane's antics with Gary Neville calling the England captain "cute" for hitting the deck.

Social media went into overdrive as Liverpool fans raged at the Spurs forward while calling out Neville for his double standards considering the criticism Mohamed Salah has received this season.

This is not the first time Kane has been accused of diving.

In fact, he was once made to watch his 'dive' back during an awkward post-match interview in 2019.

Sky Sports reporter Geoff Shreeves showed him a replay of the incident which involved Sokratis Papastathopoulos on a TV midway through their interview.

When Shreeves asked whether he should have been awarded a penalty, Kane replied: "I'll have to watch it back."

Just as he finished his sentence, the camera panned to a TV showing the replay.

He continued: "I think he makes a tired tackle. I think if I'm on the halfway I get it but when you're in the box, it's 50/50.

"The referee probably thinks I'm looking for it but all I'm trying to do is shield the ball.

"It is what it is. It could be given; in some games it won't like today. So, you get on and move on."

Should contentious decisions be re-watched in post-match interviews?

Well, Kane's interview from last season sure was awkward but it made for fascinating viewing.

We're for it. Are you?
