Callum Hudson-Odoi didn't give much away regarding Bayern Munich rumours in his post-match interview last night, but Chelsea fans gave him their backing after he finished up.

The 18-year old English starlet scored a beautiful goal in the 3-0 win over Sheffield Wednesday, checking inside with a delightful chop before slamming home with his left peg for his second strike for Chelsea.

After recent reports he had submitted a transfer request to try and force a move to Bayern, Hudson-Odoi was always going to asked about his future after the game but the youngster remained coy when BBC's Manish Bhasin asked if he'd played his last game for Chelsea.

"I don't know," he said.

"I can't say. But, you know, I just keep working hard and you never know what happens.

While the England under-19s international was unsure about his future, he dismissed rumours that he had been in contact with the Bundesliga club.

"I can't say. I haven't. I haven't had a chat," he responded.

Chelsea fans showed support to their No.20 during the FA Cup game when they chanted "Hudson-Odoi, we want you to stay" and Nizaar Kinsella from Goal says some supporters stayed behind to try and further get their point across.

It's no surprise Chelsea fans want him to stay. At just 18, he's insanely talented and has the capacity to be something special in the coming years.

But having seen what the likes of Jadon Sancho and Reiss Nelson have done over in Germany, you can understand why he'd be keen on heading to the Bundesliga.

Bayern have had multiple bids for Hudson-Odoi rejected thus far and this transfer saga looks set to rumble on over the next few days until the deadline closes.
