West Ham and Dimitri Payet finally said their farewells yesterday as the Frenchman rejoined Marseille in a £25 million deal.
Payet caused huge amounts of controversy at the London Stadium after stating that he would not play for the club again and demanding a transfer.
This caused fans to sing distasteful songs about the midfielder, burn shirts and even use them as doormats as they entered the ground ahead of their 3-0 win over Crystal Palace on January 14th.

But those who have yet to use their Dimitri Payet shirt in a derogatory way may want to hang on to it as the club announced a cut price deal to get rid of them.
Vice-chairman Karen Brady announced the news on Twitter that fans can bring back a Payet-printed and exchange it for a brand new top for £25.

A statement on the club website read: "West Ham United are offering any supporter who purchased a 2016-17 replica West Ham United shirt printed with Dimitri Payet's name and number the opportunity to buy a replacement shirt for just £25.
"Following confirmation of the Frenchman's transfer to Olympique Marseille yesterday, the Club would like to pass on this gesture of goodwill, given the exceptional circumstances behind Payet's departure.
To redeem this offer, simply bring your 2016-17 replica shirt printed with Payet name and number into any of our three official club stores (Stadium, Romford or Lakeside) before 31 May 2017.
However, given that the club will most likely have a new kit out for next season and that the offer does not include name and number printing for a new player, we can't imagine many supporters will take on the offer.
