Arsene Wenger has fired a warning to summer signing Alexandre Lacazette following the January arrival of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
After snapping up the French striker in the summer for a club record fee, Arsenal subsequently broke their transfer record again with the signing of the Borussia Dortmund star.
Aubameyang was subject to plenty of interest with the Premier League side eventually sealing a reported £56 million transfer.

Wenger's January business has saw his side lose Alexis Sanchez to Manchester United and Olivier Giroud to Chelsea, while drafting in Henrikh Mkhitaryan and the aforementioned Aubameyang.
But what does this mean for Lacazette who's weighed in with nine goals this season?
Well, don't expect any reassurance from Wenger. He's explained how Lacazette must fight for his place in the starting XI.

"I don't reassure anybody," he said.
"It is a competitive sport and you must fight for your places. You have to show them respect and they have to accept it is a competitive world.

"He started [training] yesterday but wasn't completely well. I will see with the medical department.
"He is a typical striker with great pace and a good ratio between games played and goals scored. He is a team player.

The French boss admitted his side has lost goals which also includes the departure of Theo Walcott to Everton.
"We lost some goals because we lost [Alexis] Sanchez, [Olivier] Giroud and [Theo] Walcott who were our goalscorers.
Arsenal will be hoping for a response when they host Everton following the embarrassing defeat Swansea.
