A stark difference to what his teammate said to the officials.

We know what Lionel Messi said to the match officials following his disallowed goal, and here's what his teammate Luis Suarez said.

And his comments are a lot more extreme than Messi's.

The Argentine was denied a goal against Valencia despite Neto spilling the ball way over the line. The La Liga linesman did not declare a goal to the frustration of the Barcelona team.

After having a goal wrongly ruled out, Messi reportedly said: "You're wrong, now your going to see it," per Spanish outlet Mundo Deportivo.

That's Messi's words. Here's what Suarez said to the lino. Watch the footage below:

Suarez said: "You shat yourself. You f*cking midget."

"In Spanish: 'Eres un cagón. Enano de mierda.' Neither insult has a standard translation. 'Cagón' is sometimes merely interpreted as 'bottler' but with its clear reference to excrement is usually felt to be somewhat more insulting, while 'enano de mierda' could also be rendered as 'you f*cking short-arse', 'short-arsed twat' or similar," per AS.

Ruthless, Luis.

Barcelona, ultimately, salvaged a point after scoring an 82nd minute equaliser. Jordi Alba completed the move which involved a gorgeous ball from Messi.

(You have to watch Messi's unreal assists in these different angles:)

Ernesto Valverde's side remain four points clear of second place Valencia, while eight ahead of Real Madrid.

The La Liga leaders turn their attention to the domestic cup, before resuming their league campaign against Celta Vigo this weekend.
