Ryan Giggs' post-match punditry following Ruben Loftus-Cheek's impressive England debut didn't go down well.
The Chelsea midfielder is currently enjoying first-team football away from Stamford Bridge at Crystal Palace.
While Palace are struggling in the Premier League, Loftus-Cheek has been churning out commanding performances from the middle of the park.
So much so he earned his first England call-up. And Gareth Southgate then fielded him in his starting XI for the international friendly against Germany on Friday night.
The highly promising 21-year-old produced a brilliant outing. But will he keep his place in the team versus Brazil on Tuesday? Well, Giggs doesn't think he should.
His views left England fans stunned. Fellow pundit Ian Wright completely disagreed, and so did Twitter.
