Martin Odegaard's time at Heerenveen is not going well following his sides one-nil defeat over the weekend, in a game which he was centre of attention after being stamped on.

The Danish midfielder is coming under mounting pressure from the Dutch press after failing to impress at Heerenveen. They're questioning his role in team as they are yet to win a match in which the youngster has started.

(What Odegaard could spend a month's wage on:)

Utrecht inflicted more misery on Odegaard and Co by securing all-three league points thanks to an Andreas Ludwig winner but the German went from hero to zero after being brandished a straight red-card.

In the 25th minute, Ludwig coolly slotted home from a tight angle to give his side the lead, and the eventual win. Though in the closing stages of the game, Ludwig got himself into trouble.

He was applying heavy pressure on the Real Madrid loanee before bringing him down, prompting to stamp on his leg. Needless to say, the incident didn't go unnoticed as he was shown his marching orders.
