Manchester United have rejected Manchester City's request for Sunday's league derby.

City are flying in the Premier League, eight points ahead of nearest rivals, United. And the pair of Manchester clubs will lock horns on Sunday at Old Trafford in the game of the domestic season.

United are without Paul Pogba who's suspended following his red card against Aresnal. While City could be without David Silva, with Pep Guardiola confirming he's a doubt.

And there'll be another absence on City's behalf. But not in the shape of a player.

Instead, cameras.

United have reportedly blocked City from bringing cameras into the away dressing room at Old Trafford for their Amazon documentary series.

Amazon have been working with City on a behind-the-scenes documentary, though they'll be restricted to very limited footage from Sunday's derby.

They've already taped footage of training sessions, team meetings, matches, as well as securing exclusive player interviews since agreeing a believed £10 million agreement with the league leaders.

It appears they will have some access. Yet are forbidden in the key areas like the dressing rooms and players' tunnel.

Naturally City aren't pleased, arguing the tunnel is already filled with cameras through the assorted members of the media.

Meanwhile, the Amazon-City documentary is set to be aired next summer.
