Kane has been the subject of intense transfer speculation, with reports linking him with a mega move to Manchester City this summer.
It has been claimed that Spurs are already on the hunt for new talent should they sell their prized asset to Pep Guardiola's side.
According to Spanish outlet Mundo Deportivo, they have Philippe Coutinho on their transfer wish-list if Kane does leave London.
The report states that Spurs want the Barcelona man to become the club's new talisman, with the player's agent, Kia Joorabchian, hoping to secure a deal.
What's more, Joorabchian has apparently been in contact with Spurs over a potential transfer.

Of course, Coutinho has been on Barcelona's books since 2017 - but has failed to impress since his huge transfer from Liverpool.
He starred at Anfield, scoring and creating goals - though he has been unable to replicate his Liverpool form in Spain.
Coutinho, however, enjoyed a loan spell at Bayern Munich, where he won the Champions League.
The Brazilian had a successful five-and-a-half years in the Premier League, scoring 13 league goals in his most prolific term in England's top flight.
He has been linked with a host of English clubs since moving to Barcelona, with Manchester United, Chelsea and Leicester City previously mooted.
Will the 29-year-old finally return to England in the shape of signing for Spurs? Watch this space.
