The January transfer window receives it's fair share of grief, usually because it doesn't provide a suitable amount of entertainment for fans of the bizarre, yellow tie accompanied hysteria that is transfer deadline day. But this year's winter window is shaping up to be one of the most active yet, and it could be about to get even more interesting.
Philippe Coutinho's £142 million move to Barcelona and Alexis Sanchez's potential switch to one of Manchester City or United have grabbed the majority of the headlines, but another forward may be about to make an impact on the English top flight, with Roma forward Stephan El Shaarawy rumoured to be on his way out of Roma and on his way to the Premier League.
The Italy international is reportedly being offered to several clubs in the Premier League, with the 25-year-old potentially set to sign for one of a number of mid-table sides.

Football Italia, via Rai Sport are reporting that "an intermediary has been speaking to several mid-table Premier League outfits" with regards to the former AC Milan forward's future.

After a difficult spell post-Milan which involved a goal shy spell at Monaco, El-Shaarawy has begun enjoying his football once again, scoring 12 goals last season and helping the Giallorossi into the knockout stages of this season's Champions League.
No clubs have been named or credited with an interest in the Roma forward as of yet, but if the reports of his availability are accurate, he will surely have no shortage of suitors in the Premier League.
