Sergio Aguero Officially Completes Free Transfer To Barcelona

IT'S OFFICIAL - Sergio Aguero has completed his long-awaited move to Barcelona on a free transfer.

Aguero, 32, has penned a two-year deal at the Camp Nou following a prolific 10-year spell at Manchester City.

He's contracted until the end of the 2022/23 season and has a buy out clause of £86 million.

Barca took to Twitter to announce the transfer of the Argentine forward before revealing all the details of their first major summer signing.


Aguero played his final game for Man City last weekend in their Champions League final defeat.

He leaves the Etihad outfit as the club's record goal-scorer with an incredible 260 goals.

Aguero returns to La Liga following a spell at Atletico Madrid, where he enjoyed a five-year stint - scoring 102 goals before securing a switch to Man City.

Of course, he'll link up with international compatriot Lionel Messi who looks set to remain at the club amid intense transfer speculation.
