"From what I've learned, the thing goes further: there is already a proposal accepted by the Dutch club and player. Van de Beek should sign for 5 or 6 years in the next few days. Trading has been around for days," he wrote on Twitter.
The player also dominates the front page of Spanish outlet Marca.
Reports suggest Van de Beek will command a €60 million (£55 million) transfer fee.

Making him much less expensive than Paul Pogba who's said to be valued around £150 million by Manchester United.
Real Madrid have shelled out an enormous amount of cash this summer to sign the likes of Eden Hazard, Luka Jovic, Ferland Mendy, among others.

But they remain in the market for a new midfielder with Pogba and Tottenham's Christian Eriksen heavily linked with the club.
Though it appears Zinedine Zidane will opt for a cheaper alternative in the shape of Van de beek, who enjoyed a stunning campaign last season.
He weighed in with an impressive 17 goals and assisted a further 13 during the 2018/19 term.
Ajax have already sold Frenkie de Jong and Matthijs de Ligt to Barcelona and Juventus, respectively, this summer.
