Christian Eriksen is interesting Paris Saint-Germain, with the French side willing to offer Julian Draxler to Tottenham as a 'bargaining chip.'

The Spurs midfielder has been heavily linked with Real Madrid in the last few months but it has been reported that the French champions could slide in for the Dane.

The 27-year-old put his suitors in high demand this week after declaring he wants to leave London this summer.

"I feel that I am at a place in my career where I might want to try something new," Eriksen said on Wednesday.

"I have the wildest and deepest respect for everything that has happened in Tottenham, nor will it be negative. But I have also said that I would like to try something new."

Eriksen joined Spurs in 2013 and has made over 250 appearances.

The news of his decision to leave will be a blow, as he has developed into one of Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino's key players.

Real Madrid reportedly baulked at the £130 million price tag set by Spurs chairman Daniel Levy, which means the French champions could slide in for the Denmark international's signature.

According to The Daily Star. PSG are willing to include German midfielder Draxler in a potential deal for the former Ajax man.

The 25-year-old can play behind the striker similar to Eriksen and has been deemed surplus to requirements at the Parc des Princes.

However, Pochettino has shown interest in other players for that role, including Giovani Lo Celso, who signed for Real Betis from PSG this year.

Betis rejected a £53 million bid from Spurs earlier this summer, but the Premier League side are still pushing for a deal with the Argentine keen on the move.

Jack Grealish has also been on their radar, with the Aston Villa captain impressing in their play-off victory last month.

Wherever Eriksen ends up this summer, you imagine that Spurs will be receiving a huge sum for his services.
