Clubs around Europe don't have much time to secure new players, but Napoli have expressed an interest in signing a Premier League flop before deadline day.

Transfers are coming in thick and fast.

And a developing story from Everton is surfacing. It's claimed that Davy Klaassen is subject to speculation with Napoli wanting to take him on loan for the rest of the season.

As well as Napoli, fellow Serie A side Inter Milan are also keeping tabs on the Dutch midfielder who's endured a nightmare spell in England following his summer switch.

Everton heavily recruited in the summer with the club snapping up the Ajax player for £24 million.

He's failed to impress, making just FOUR league appearances. He hasn't featured in a league game since September. And even then, he was dragged off before the hour mark against Bournemouth.

And following the appointment of Sam Allardyce, who doesn't intend to include him in his plans, Klaassen is reportedly keen to move on.

Per Italian outlet Calciomercato via Football Italia, his agent has offered him to several Serie A sides including the aforementioned clubs.

Reports suggest that neither club are in a financial position to sign him on a permanent, though are interested in a loan deal.

In the summer, Everton actually beat off competition from Napoli, Inter Milan and AC Milan to acquire Klaassen.

But is he set to ply his trade in Italy for the rest of the campaign?

Let us know where you think he'll be at by the time the window slams shut on Wednesday.
