Claudio Bravo's time at Manchester City could already be over.

The Chilean goalkeeper has endured a nightmare start to his career at Eastlands, making a string of errors that have drawn the ire of City's fans and countless criticisms from pundits. It has even been rumoured that Bravo himself is unsettled in Manchester and is already seeking a move away from the League Cup holders.

Pep Guardiola may not be overly concerned with the former Barcelona goalkeeper's desire to move, though, as according to reports in Portugal the City manager is reportedly lining up a move for Benfica's number one, Ederson Moraes, who the Citizens were interested in over the Summer before settling on Bravo.

Twenty three year old Moraes would set City back £20m but if the Brazilian can reinstill the confidence that seems to have been completely lost in Guardiola's defence, it'll be money well spent. However, while Benfica are braced for a bid for Moraes, it is believed they will attempt to delay any deal until June, rather than lose their first choice 'keeper in January.

What Guardiola's interest in Moraes does signal though is that, even with Bravo underperforming, the former Barcelona and Bayern Munich manager has absolutely zero interest in giving Joe Hart a second chance as his number one choice goalkeeper.
