Silva is someone the sporting department likes and there's already an agreement in place for Garcia to return to the Spanish club.

As for Jesus, the 23-year-old could be a replacement for the outgoing Luis Suarez, who's also set to leave the Camp Nou this summer.

Man City are hopeful this mega deal will be enough to get Barcelona to listen.

Silva, 26, joined the Etihad club in 2017 following a brilliant spell at AS Monaco.

The Portuguese star has spent three seasons at Man City, winning the Premier League twice, FA Cup and League Cup three times.

Jesus penned a deal at City in 2016. He enjoyed his most prolific campaign last season, bagging 23 goals in all competitions.
