Liverpool Set To Make Move For Long Term Target

Jurgen Klopp's rebuilding of Liverpool could be set to continue in January with the Reds' set to make an official approach for Espanyol's teenage midfielder Marc Roca Junqué, in the new year.

According to Mundo Deportivo, the 19-year-old has been on the Anfield club's radar for some time now and an offer isn't thought to be too far away, with Junqué's contract set to expire at the end of the current season.

Junqué has only made four appearances for Espanyol's first team, but turned out 45 times for the club's B Team before his promotion at the beginning of this season. He made his La Liga debut in a 2-2 draw with Malaga back in August.
