Jurgen Klopp has returned to his old club Borussia Dortmund in a bid to strengthen Liverpool ahead of the closure of the transfer window on Wednesday.
An £11m bid has been tabled for Dortmund's 17-year-old winger Christian Pulisic, according to Tony Barrett.

Pulisic, who, despite his tender years, has already been capped six times by the US national team, turned out nine times for Dortmund, last season, scoring two goals and is rated highly by Klopp.
Whether the Liverpool manager sees the young American as a first team option for this season remains to be seen. Given Dortmund's excessive outgoings this Summer, already (Ilkay Gundogan, Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Mats Hummels), the North Rhine club will likely attempt to hold off the Reds' interest in their prodigious winger with not long left to find an adequate replacement.
