It's not just Bastian Schweinsteiger who is facing the end of his Manchester United career, with Jose Mourinho also keen to offload two more first teamers as he looks to continue the rebuilding of his recently inherited squad.

Having strengthened his attack with the arrivals of Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Henrikh Mkhitaryan and with the imminent arrival of Paul Pogba significantly bolstering United's midfield, Mourinho still needs to address some defensive issues that have plagued the Red Devils for the last few seasons, since the departures of Rio Ferdinand, Nemanja Vidic and Patrice Evra.

Ivorian centre-half Eric Bailly was brought in from Villareal for £30m, but Mourinho still wants to add to his defence, with a right-back and another centre-half his priorities. However, a couple of current players must make way for new blood and it appears that Marcos Rojo and Phil Jones are the pair that are set for the Old Trafford exit door.

Rojo has, according to journalist Duncan Castles, been placed on the transfer list after turning down a big money move to Shanghai SIPG in China. His asking price has apparently been set at 12m euros. Jones, meanwhile, who has endured five injury plagued years at United, could be set for a season long loan move to Premier League new boys Hull City.
