James Rodriguez's time at Real Madrid appears to be up, according to reports. The Colombian international is set to return to France after entering advanced negotiations with Paris Saint-Germain.
Despite arriving at the Bernabeu under a tremendous weight of expectations, following an incredible World Cup in 2014, Rodriguez has never established himself as a first team regular with 'Los Blancos', and has never properly figured into Zinedine Zidane's plans since the legendary Frenchman took over as manager, halfway through last season.
It is believed that new PSG manager Unai Emery is a keen admirer of the former Monaco attacker and wants to add him to Hatem Ben Arfa and Grzegorz Krychowiak as part of his rebuilding of the French champions. Rodriguez's agent, Jorge Mendes, is supposedly in discussion with presidents from both clubs in order to conclude the deal.
