Two months ago, Paris Saint Germain confirmed the signing of Hatem Ben Arfa on a free transfer but his dream of wearing the navy of Les Parisiens look to be nearing the end after Unai Emery's latest comments.

Paris Saint-Germain manager Emery has reportedly told Ben Arfa that he's 'not Lionel Messi' and that he 'cannot win games on his own' according to L'Equipe today.

These rumours have resulted in him being linked with a return to the Premier League with Southampton, a team that are managed by former Nice manager Claude Puel.

Puel helped Ben Arfa rejuvenate his career at the French side, scoring 17 league goals in a truly outstanding season for the former Newcastle winger.
