Yerry Mina has been touted for great things in South America for some time, and after plenty of speculation surrounding his future, Barcelona are set to agree a deal for the 23-year-old defender.
Mina could even become a Barcelona player in the coming days after reports in Spain claim that he is all set to undergo a medical ahead of his official presentation.
Colombian journalist Diego Rueda confirmed the news on social media earlier.

He said that the centre-back needs to sign a few documents next week and will travel to Barcelona with his representative.

Mina has scored three goals in nine appearances for Colombia since making his debut, so the likelihood of his famous celebrations gracing the Nou Camp in the coming months is very high indeed.

Back in October, it was reported that Barcelona manager Valverde wants another defender brought in for the second half of the season, with 18-year-old Ajax centre-back Matthijs De Ligt thought to be a €20 million target, according to Goal.
Teenage Frenchman Dayot Upamecano, of RB Leipzig, is another option for Barca, with the 19-year-old impressing for the Bundesliga outfit although Valverde may prefer a more experienced option for the business end of the campaign.
