It's deadline day which means transfers flying in around the country, Europe and beyond including a forgotten English starlet completing a move to Turkey's Super Lig.

Turkey's top flight will continue be graced the presence of Champions League winner Samuel Eto'o who switched sides. From Antalyaspor to Konyaspor.

And he'll now be joined by former Crystal Palace youngster John Bostock. Remember him?!

Bursaspor are set to sign the 26-year-old from RC Lens.

He burst onto the scene in 2007 after making his league debut at the tender age of 15 years and 287 days (!!). Subsequently making him Palace's youngest ever player.

Eight days later, he then became the youngest ever Palace player to start a game (vs. Cardiff).

After making just five appearances for Palace, Spurs snapped him up with the tribunal declaring that they would pay £700,000 for Bostock.

It simply didn't work out in North London, though.

He failed to play a single league game, while featuring in just three matches before moving on.

Loan spells galore proceeded. Brentford, Hull City, Sheffield Wednesday, Swindow Town and even a stint in Canada with Toronto FC.

He eventually winded up at Belgium with Royal Antwerp signing him on a permanent transfer, then OH Leuven before landing in France's top flight.

All the best in Turkey, John. How will he fare? Let us know.
