Liverpool and Inter Milan, among many others, have been put on alert following the transfer development in China.
Plenty of budding stars opted to leave Europe for the lucrative contracts in the Far East. The Chinese Super League boasts some high-profile names.
And one player who was lured by the wage packets offered by the money-rich Chinese clubs appears to be on his way back to Europe.
Jiangsu Suning have reportedly made Alex Teixeira available for a transfer, according to Tuttosport via Football Italia.
The Chinese Super League club, managed by ex-England boss Fabio Capello, have consulted with the board and are prepared to offload the attacking midfielder with no shortage of suitors lining up.
Teixeira made waves, while rising to prominence, in Ukraine with Shaktar Donetsk. He left his boyhood club in Brazil for the Ukrainian side, and enjoyed seven seasons before heading to China.

But, prior to his reported €50 million switch, Liverpool had expressed an interest and even lodged a £24.6 million bid. Shaktar turned down their advances in favour of the meaty fee tabled by Jiangsu.
While Liverpool could be given a second chance to sign the 27-year-old, Inter Milan are the favourites to land his services.
The Italian outlet also claim the side are seeking for a player with his 'characteristics'. What's more, Inter and Jiangsu are both owned by Suning Group. Ominous.
Teixeira to Inter Milan? Or will Liverpool's Jurgen Klopp swoop in?
