Ronaldo has been linked with a move away from Juventus with the Italian giants keen to offload the superstar forward next summer.
And, according to stunning reports, the 35-year-old is rebuilding bridges ahead of a potential return to Real Madrid.
He's eyeing a move back to Spain and has reached out to them to try and engineer a move, per Marca.
The report says Ronaldo cut off contact with Real Madrid after securing a switch to Juventus in 2018.
But that changed when he asked Florentino Perez for a seat at the Santiago Bernabeu to watch last March's El Clasico clash.
Ronaldo enjoyed nine trophy-laden seasons at Real Madrid, winning two league titles, two league cups and four Champions League titles.
He scored an incredible 451 goals during his prolific spell.
Ronaldo could return to Real Madrid with Juventus looking to balance their books after being financially hit by the coronavirus pandemic.
It's claimed that the Serie A outfit want to get rid of the Portuguese who earns a whopping £28 million-per-year.
Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain are among the other clubs who have been linked with a move for the five-time Ballon d'Or winner.
When asked about the possibility of signing him, PSG's sporting director Leonardo replied: "Today in football, we do not know what will happen.
"Maybe tomorrow Cristiano Ronaldo wakes up and says I want to go play elsewhere.
"Who can buy him? It's a closed circle. PSG enters this circle. Usually, it is about opportunities, situations.
"The transfer window, we have to prepare for it and that's what we do. We have our priorities, our lists, but something unforeseen can happen."
