Chelsea may have gained a negative reputation for the way in which they opt to loan their younger players out en masse, but even their best paid first team players are no longer immune to the Blues' oft criticised loan system.
Cesc Fabregas, once a vital part of Chelsea's 2014/15 Premier League winning team, has been made available for a temporary departure from Stamford Bridge, according to a report in tomorrow's Times.

Fabregas has fallen out of favour in South London after a poor campaign, last season and has been seldom used by Antonio Conte since the Italian took over, this Summer.

Conte and his backroom staff have been impressed with the former Arsenal and Barcelona man's professionalism since being dropped, however although they don't see him forcing his way into the first team any time soon, with a move to Serie A believed to be Cesc's most likely destination with AC Milan and Juventus both interested in the World Cup winner.

The 29-year-old is the Blues' third highest earner, having arrived from Barcelona in 2014 in a £27m deal.
