After a period of inactivity that was beginning to worry some of their fans, Chelsea's summer transfer business appears to be speeding up.

Following the arrival of former Manchester City goalkeeper Willy Caballero, Monaco midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko is expected to be confirmed as a Blues player within the next few days. And Antonio Conte is only just getting started.

As well as Bakayoko, Roma's Antonio Rudiger and Juventus' Alex Sandro are on Conte's shopping list, with the pair expected to cost the Premier League champions a combined £90 million, with Bakayoko a further £35 million.

Juventus full-back Sandro will be the costliest acquisition of the trio, with his fee potentially rising to £60 million. However, some news outlets are claiming that the Brazilian will actually extend his current contract with the Bianconeri.

Aside from Rudiger, Bakayoko and Sandro, Romelu Lukaku remains a priority target, although the news of his impending arrival at Stamford Bridge has dried up in recent weeks, despite the Belgian striker wanting to return to the English champions.

With Diego Costa returning to Atletico Madrid (where he will be unable to play until January due to Atleti's transfer ban), it is expected that Chelsea will speed up negotiations for Lukaku to replace the Spaniard, with a fee of £75 million believed to be Everton's asking price for the 24-year-old.
