Chelsea have just announced that they have agreed terms for Thibaut Courtois to join Real Madrid, with midfielder Mateo Kovacic going the other way on loan as part of the deal.
Both deals will be completed should the pair complete their medicals at their respective new clubs.

After going AWOL in an attempt to force through his dream move, Courtois will now return to the Spanish capital.
The 26-year-old is poised to sign a six-year deal with the 13-time European champions and be officially unveiled as a Los Blancos at 12:00 BST time on Thursday at the Santiago Bernabeu.
His debut could come against former employers Atletico in the UEFA Super Cup.

Chelsea, meanwhile, have already secured their replacement for the big Belgian in the sticks after triggering the £71 million release clause for Athletic Bilbao goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga.
The 22-year old will displace Liverpool's Alisson as the most expensive goalkeeper in world football, just a couple of weeks on from the Brazilian's £67 million move to Anfield.
As for Kovacic, he is set to fly in for his medical tomorrow and if all goes well, the World Cup finalist will give Maurizio Sarri's side extra craft and guile in the middle of the park.
