Antonio Conte may be presented with a chance to reunite with one of his former players, after it was reported that Bayern Munich may be willing to part with one of their star players, next summer.
Kicker are reporting, via Metro that the Bundesliga champions are considering selling Chilean midfielder Arturo Vidal, who played under Conte at Juventus for three seasons.

The Bayern midfielder has been linked with Chelsea before and may be presented with a chance to move to Stamford Bridge, next year. Kicker's report claims that several prominent members of Bayern's board are unhappy with the former Juventus man's displays this season and are now thinking he may be surplus to requirements at the Allianz Arena.

Vidal's contract in Bavaria exprires in the summer of 2019, meaning he would have just a year left to run on his current deal at the end of the current campaign. With the Chile international turning 30 in May, it may be the German champions' last chance to cash in on him.
Reports in Vidal's homeland over the summer had claimed that the former Bayer Leverkusen star had even begun to learn English ahead of a proposed move to Chelsea, though no such deal ever materialised.
But perhaps Antonio Conte won't have to wait too much longer to be reunited with the midfielder with whom he won three Serie A titles with.

Chelsea did bolster their midfield this summer with the signings of Tiemoue Bakayoko and Danny Drinkwater, although the loss of Nemanja Matic to Manchester United has been seen by many to have had a negative affect on the champions, who have already lost three of their opening 11 Premier League games and currently sit nine points behind league leaders Manchester City.
Is Vidal the right man for the Blues, though?
