Are you alright there, lads?

Luis Enrique seems to have decided that Barcelona are so strong going forward that they can stick any bloke with a pair of legs at right-back and it'll be completely sound. At least if recent reports are to be believed.

The Spanish champions are in the midst of a crisis at right-back following the departure of Dani Alves in the Summer. Javier Mascherano, Sergi Roberto and Aleix Vidal have all tried their luck there, but Enrique hasn't been convinced by any of them and is seeking a cut price option in the January window.

And which Premier League full back has found himself on the list? Step forward the majestic Glen Johnson.

No, you're not in the throes of an LSD trip, Stoke City's very own Glen Johnson is reportedly being monitored by the La Liga champions, according to Mundo Deportivo. But Potters fans should rest easy, for their sweet prince is joined on the list by Croatian hero Darijo Srna and Juventus' Stephan Lichsteiner, so perhaps he's nothing more than a Plan C.

The report in Mundo reads "Johnson fits the same profile [as Lichtsteiner and Srna]. He had a long career with Liverpool and now he's at Stoke City, where his contract expires in 2017.Other veterans at this level have more draw backs because they have played in the Champions League this season are they are key men at their clubs."

For what it's worth,Johnson playing in the same side as Messi, Iniesta, Suarez and Neymar absolutely needs to happen. Sorry Stoke fans, but it's the best thing for football if big Glen ditches the Potteries for Catalonia.
