Kane has yet to report for training ahead of the new season, with reports linking him with a mega move to Manchester City this summer.
Daniel Levy is thought to be fuming at Kane's decision to not turn up for training and the star striker's latest call has further angered the Spurs chairman.
It has been claimed that the England international has extended his break by travelling to Florida from the Bahamas to continue his holiday.
His trip to America means he must self-isolate when he finally returns to the UK.

The 28-year-old will be free to return to work once he has passed a five-day quarantine period and taken a Covid-19 release test.
So, that means he will not report for Spurs training until next week at the earliest.
Spurs are now reluctant to do business with Man City as a result of Kane going AWOL, according to widespread reports.
Nuno Espírito Santo spoke to reporters about the Kane situation and provided a worrying update, stating that he has yet to speak to his star man.
He said: "I really expect to speak with Harry. I haven't had the chance yet.
"We should discuss it internally, try to avoid any public argument or discussion about it."
When asked where Kane was, the Portuguese replied: "I will not speak with you about that.
"Anything in relation to Harry is internal. First of all we need to sort the problems ourselves."
